[HS - Bow and arrow]

Sweet

i've recently been inspired to do an atwork with a bow and arrow and this totally craps all over my efforts lol

i love everything about this,
the fine lineart, all the little details, the colouring, shading, the lighting
but the pose of the character gets me the most, thats no easy task

if i had to pick any flaw, i would have to say the hair, it seems a bit flat compaired to the rest of the picture, when i inlarge this i can see there is more detail there but it seems to be covered by a graidient or something

i heard someone say that when you do artwork of women you should spend as much time doing the hair as you do the rest of the picture, i think thats exaggerating a bit but still a good point

Thank you for the support, sorry for disturbing your work XD, I agree completely with the hair thing, I spent so much time figuring out how to do light effects that I did the hair in a rush, but you are right, the hair of a female character is all the way one of the most important things on the job.

Thanks, man i tried to balance out the sexiness with the scar on her eye and such. didnt want her flawlessly sexy. i like the flaws in things.

you can see how the better detail adds more character and makes the theme seem to be set slightly darker
