It looks like it's running in reverse so I downloaded this, reversed the frames, deleted all the frames where she isn't bobbing, pretty much every frame where her legs are standing still, got it down to 5 frames and it became very fluid and natural looking. Great job on the artwork though.

10.4mb is a bit excessive, you should aim for a smaller filesize without losing quality, I usually find around the 2mb range is best.

Amazing, great quality but personally I'd lower your pixel ration, when I click on the image to get a better look I've got to scroll all over the image just see what it is, also it makes it easy for people to steal your art.
